§ 50.19 TAMPERING WITH WATER SYSTEM.
   No person or persons other than those designated and authorized by the Water Department shall operate, adjust, or in any manner tamper with any part of the water system of the city. In the event of an emergency, the Water Department’s emergency shut-off policy will apply.
