§ 103.18 NOTICES.

   Unless expressly otherwise agreed between the parties, every notice or response required by this franchise to be served upon the city or the franchisee shall be in writing, and shall be deemed to have been duly given to the required party when placed in a properly sealed and correctly addressed envelope:

   (A)   Upon receipt when hand delivered with receipt/acknowledgment;

   (B)   Upon receipt when sent certified, registered mail; or

   (C)   (1)   Within 5 business days after having been posted in the regular mail to the following addresses:

         (a)   For the city:

      (2)   The city and the franchisee may designate other addresses from time to time by giving notice to the other in the manner provided for in this section.
