8-2-18: WATER OR SEWER CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE CITY:
   A.   Water: There shall be no water lines outside the city limits connected to the city water lines except by special permit granted by the city council.
   B.   Sewer: There shall be no sewer lines outside the city limits connected to the city sewer lines except by special permission of the council.
