8-2-4: CITY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE:
The water may at any time be shut off from the mains without notice for the purpose of making repairs, extension or other necessary purposes. Persons having boilers supplied by direct pressure from the mains are cautioned against danger of explosion or collapse, and the city shall not be responsible for the safety of boilers on the premises of any water consumer.
