6-3-4: RESPONSIBILITY FOR REMOVAL:

Upon proper notice and opportunity to be heard as specified in section 6-3-3 of this chapter, the registered and/or legal owner of an abandoned and/or junked motor vehicle or other vehicle shall be responsible for its prompt removal. In the event of removal and disposition by the city, the registered and/or legal owner shall be liable for the expenses incurred.
