6-1-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter, or the Idaho motor vehicle laws adopted by reference in section 6-1-1 of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
