5-5-12: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:

Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or who, having obtained a permit hereunder, fails to comply with the conditions set forth in the approved permit is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
