1-8-1: NONSUFFICIENT FUNDS:
Any payments made to the city of Bancroft for fees, charges, penalties, reimbursements or other reasons, for which nonsufficient funds are otherwise failed to honor, shall result in a service charge as established by the city, to the person or entity making the payment.
