A. Regular Meetings: The regular monthly Council meeting for the City shall be held at City Hall on the second Monday of each month at eight o’clock (8:00) P.M. If the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall take place on the next business day at the same hour.
B. Special Meetings: The Mayor, as provided in Idaho Code section 50-604, or three (3) members of the Council, as provided in Idaho Code section 50-706, may call special meetings of the Council, the object of which must be submitted to the Council in writing.
C. Open Meetings: All meetings shall be open to the public pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-2341 et seq. (Ord. 276, 3-1-2010; amd. 2011 Code; Ord. 294, 4-9-2018; Ord. 302, - - )
