§ 111.074 MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
   During any phase of construction, installation, maintenance, or repair of the system, the franchisee shall use materials of good and durable quality. All such work shall be performed in a safe, thorough and reliable manner, and in compliance with Louisville Metro’s Public Works and Assets Utility Policy, as amended.
