§ 111.026 FRANCHISES NONEXCLUSIVE.
   The authority granted by the city in any franchise shall be for the nonexclusive use of the rights-of-way. The city specifically reserves the right to grant, at any time, additional franchises or other rights to use the rights-of-way for any purpose to any other person, including itself, as it deems appropriate, subject to all applicable laws.
