The city shall be entitled to enforce this chapter, and any franchise granted hereunder, through all remedies lawfully available. Each franchisee shall pay the city its costs of enforcement, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, in the event that the franchisee is determined judicially to have violated the terms of a franchise.
