§ 50.32  REMOVAL OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.
   No person shall remove any recyclable materials from the designated container, or remove the container itself, without the content of the Mayor or the member of the City Commission who has been designated to oversee the Recycling and Trash Removal Program.
