§ 73.01 TRAFFIC LAWS APPLY; DEFINITIONS.
   All motor vehicle and traffic laws shall apply to motorcycles unless otherwise provided herein or in the South Dakota Codified Laws. “Motorcycle,” “Moped,” “Off-Road Vehicle,” and “All-Terrain Vehicle” shall have the same definitions herein as defined in SDCL Chapter 32-20, as amended.
