§ 72.08 REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED, JUNKED OR DERELICT MOTOR VEHICLES AND SCRAP METALS.
   The city shall have authority to remove and dispose of all abandoned motor vehicles, junked or derelict motor vehicles, and other scrap metals, whether found on public or private property, all as provided by SDCL Chapter 32-36, as amended.
