§ 70.26 WHEN DRIVER UNABLE TO REPORT.
   An accident report shall not be required from any person who is physically incapable of making such report during his or her period of incapacity. Whenever the operator of a vehicle is physically incapable of giving an immediate notice of an accident and there is another occupant in the vehicle at the time of the accident capable of doing so, such occupant shall cause to be given the notice not given by the operator.
