§ 53.01 WATER METERS/OUTSIDE READERS.
   Water meters shall be installed in all new and existing buildings using municipal water service at the direction of the city and at the expense of the owner. The Maintenance Supervisor or his or her staff shall install, replace, and repair household water meters, as approved by the City Council.
