§ 155.08 SPILL CONTROL AND SECONDARY CONTAINMENT.
   Where required, rooms, buildings, or areas used for storage, dispensing, use, mixing, or handling Class I, II, and IIIA liquids shall be provided with spill control and secondary containment. Spill control and secondary containment shall meet the requirements of applicable South Dakota Administrative Rules.
