§ 153.03 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Planning and Zoning Commission may exercise all such planning and zoning powers granted in SDCL §§ 11-4 and 11-6 and acts amendatory thereof, as may be necessary to enable it to fulfill and perform its functions, promote municipal planning or carry out all the purposes of this Chapter.
