(A) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of not less than five members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. There shall be two Class A members who will qualify for a position on the Planning and Zoning Commission by their membership on the City Council, and there shall be three Class B members who will be selected from the citizens of the city at large.
(B) The term of each appointed member shall be for three years or less, at the Mayor’s pleasure. If a Class A member is no longer a member of the City Council, then that member’s term shall automatically lapse.
