§ 115.41 SERVICE TO SCHOOLS AND CITY.
   A grantee shall, subject to the line extension requirements of § 115.24, provide one drop and one outlet of basic cable service at no cost to public and parochial elementary and secondary schools in the city, and three city buildings to be mutually agreed upon by the city and a grantee.
