§ 33.02 AGRICULTURAL LAND ANNEXED.
   The mill levy and assessed value on agriculture land annexed shall not exceed the average mill levy and average assessed value on unannexed agricultural land in the adjoining township(s) in the county so long as the annexed agricultural land remains rural property as defined in § 33.01 above.
