§ 92.25 REMEDIES.

   (A)   Remedies against any nuisance shall include:

      (1)   Civil action for damages, injunction, or both;

      (2)   Abatement;

      (3)   Criminal prosecution; or

      (4)   All or any combination thereof.

   (B)   The choice of one remedy shall not preclude the use of any or all other remedies.
