§ 90.061 INTERFERENCE WITH PERFORMANCE OF DUTY.
   No person shall hinder, delay, or obstruct the Animal Control Officer or any other person or agency authorized by the city when engaged in capturing, securing, destroying, or impounding any animal or animals.
