§ 90.060 ENFORCEMENT AND AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Enforcement. It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Officer or designated Animal Control Agency to carry out and enforce all the provisions of this subchapter.

   (B)   Authority. The Animal Control Officer, any law enforcement officer, or any other person of proper authority may impound any animal found within the city in violation of any provision of this chapter.
