§ 90.040 COOPERATION OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER AND OTHER OFFICIALS.
   The Animal Control Officer shall cooperate with the State Department of Health, the State Livestock Sanitary Board, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Public Health Service, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, state and local veterinary associations and any other county, state, or federal agency concerned with the control of rabies, in a combined effort to reduce rabies in wildlife and domestic animals. The City Council shall have authority to institute such additional measures for the control of rabies as may be deemed necessary by the Animal Control Officer.
