§ 90.014 ENFORCEMENT; FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   (A)   Enforcement. The Animal Control Officer or designated Animal Control Agency is authorized to enforce all the provisions of this chapter and may issue citations for violations of any section or may issue warning tickets requiring correction of a violation.

   (B)   Failure to comply with warning ticket. It is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to comply with the provisions or requirements of a warning ticket lawfully issued under this chapter.
