§ 74.10 SPEEDING; CARELESS, RECKLESS, OR NEGLIGENT OPERATION.
   (A)   No person shall operate a snowmobile at a speed greater than is reasonable or proper, under all existing conditions.

   (B)   No person shall operate a snowmobile in a careless, reckless, or negligent manner as to likely to endanger the person or property of another or cause injury or damage thereto.
