§ 74.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRIVER. Every person who operates or who is in actual physical control of a snowmobile.
   OPERATE. To control the operations of a snowmobile.
   OWNER. Any person, other than a lienholder, having a property interest in or title to a snowmobile and entitled to the use or possession thereof.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. Includes any and all real property, or land within the city which has not been opened or dedicated for public use or as a public highway or public thoroughfare.
   SIDEWALK. The portion between the curb line and adjacent property lines set aside for the use of pedestrians.
   SNOWMOBILE. Any engine-driven vehicle of a type which utilizes sled-type runners, wheels, or skis with an endless belt tread or similar means of contact with the surface upon which it is operated.
   STREET. The part of the street set apart for the use of vehicles or motor vehicles and including streets, avenues, alleys, and public highways and public thoroughfares.
