Upon such an application being made and the fee being paid, the Director shall issue a permit if he finds that compliance with this chapter shall be had, and that the route is feasible and will not pose a threat to vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic. The Director may, where circumstances warrant, condition permit approval, so as to ensure compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, including, but not limited to, a good and sufficient surety or a cash deposit in an amount to be determined by the Director to protect the city against damage to public property. The permit shall describe the streets along and over which the building shall be moved and the days and hours for such moving.
