(A) The 2019 California Electrical Code, Part 3 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, is hereby adopted and enacted as the primary electrical code of the City of Baldwin Park and made part of this code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein subject to the following amendments and shall be known as the Baldwin Park Electrical Code.
(B) One copy of the codes adopted by reference has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Office of the City Clerk of the city.
