§ 150.012 PARTIAL INVALIDITY.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this code or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not effect the validity of the remaining portions of this code or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances.
