§ 118.30 NOTICE.
   When the Chief of Police concludes that grounds for denial, suspension, revocation or refusal to renew a permit exist, the Chief of Police shall serve the applicant or permit holder, either personally or by certified mail addressed to the address listed on the application, with a notice of denial, non-renewal or notice of intent to suspend or revoke a permit (the "notice"). This notice shall state the reasons for the proposed action, the effective date of the decision, the right of the applicant or permit holder to appeal the decision to the Chief Executive Officer and that the Chief of Police's decision will be final if no appeal is filed within the time stated.
