(A) Commencing on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, all permits for a massage practitioner are to be issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all persons and businesses described herein whether the described activities were established before or after the effective date of this article, except that massage practitioners legally permitted to do business in the city prior to the effective date hereof shall have six months or until the expiration of their current permit, whichever is greater, to comply with the terms hereof.
