§ 31.45 OFFICE CREATED AND ESTABLISHED.
   There is created and established the office of Director of Administrative Services. The office of Director of Administrative Services may be combined by the City Manager, with the approval of the City Council, with any other office or position having duties which are not inconsistent therewith.
