Unless the particular provisions or the context otherwise requires, the definitions contained in this section shall govern the construction, meaning, and application of words and phrases used in this chapter.
CAMP. Erect, maintain, or occupy an out of doors area for the purposes of cooking, sleeping, and/or living accommodations.
CAMP FACILITY. One or more of the following: tents, huts, or other temporary physical shelters.
CAMP PARAPHERNALIA. Tarpaulins, cots, beds, sleeping bags, hammocks, or non-city designated cooking facilities and similar equipment.
PROHIBITED PUBLIC PLACES. Any of the following: public streets, public sidewalks, public alleyways, public parking lots, public passageways, public rights of way, publicly-owned landscaped areas or greenbelts, public educational institutions, or other government-owned properties located within the city pursuant to § 96.01.
STORE. To put aside, gather, collect, stash, stockpile, or accumulate for use when needed.
