§ 97.187 FINE FOR DISPLAY OF HARMFUL MATTER TO MINORS.

In addition to any and all remedies set forth in this chapter in connection with violations thereof, displays of harmful matter to minors in violation of § 97.183 of this chapter shall be punished as a misdemeanor pursuant to § 10.99 by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
