§ 97.128 INTERFERENCE WITH PLANTINGS.
   (A)   No person shall place fences, rocks, gravel, signs, stakes, or any other objects immediately adjacent to a tree, excepting watering basins for young trees, and objects for the temporary protection of new plantings of ground cover.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
