An order of abatement may be appealed by the property owner, the property owner's authorized agent, or a person in legal possession of the property. A written request for appeal must be filed with the City Clerk prior to expiration of the time set forth in the order of abatement for abatement of the nuisance. If a request for appeal is not filed within such time, the order of the Director shall become final. Where a timely request for appeal is filed, the order of abatement shall be suspended pending review of the determination by the hearing officer pursuant to § 95.07.
