All or any part of any real property or building or structure located thereon which constitutes a public nuisance as declared in § 95.02 may be abated by the procedures set forth in this chapter. A criminal prosecution may be brought pursuant to § 95.03(A) whether or not such abatement proceedings having first occurred.
