§ 15.07 AMOUNT OF ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   Administrative fines for code violations shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The schedule of fines may include escalating fine amounts for repeated code violations within specified periods of time.
   (B)   Administrative fines not paid prior to their due date shall be subject to a penalty and interest for every day of delinquency as established by resolution of the City Council.
