§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction or a misdemeanor, in the city attorney’s discretion; shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. A violation of any provision of this chapter shall also constitute a nuisance.
