(A) When any curb is painted blue, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle in the street adjacent thereto, unless the vehicle displays a license plate, issued to a handicapped person or a disabled veteran pursuant to the California Vehicle Code.
(B) Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
