§ 72.10 PARKING ON GRADES.
   (A)   No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle unattended on a highway when upon any grade exceeding 3% without blocking the wheels of the vehicles by turning them against the curb or by other means.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
