§ 72.02 STOPPING OR STANDING IN PARKWAYS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within any parkway.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
