§ 71.55 USE OF CROSSWALKS REQUIRED.
   (A)   No pedestrian shall cross a roadway, other than in a crosswalk or at an intersection, if no crosswalk has been established.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
