§ 71.15 SPEED LIMIT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall drive or operate any motor vehicle in a private driveway in excess of 15 miles per hour when the owner of the drive way or property has erected a sign giving notice thereof.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
