§ 71.04 LIMITED ACCESS.
   (A)   No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are lawfully established.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
