§ 71.03 ENTRANCE INTO INTERSECTION.
   (A)   No operator of any vehicle shall enter any intersection or a marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle he is operating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic-control signal indication to proceed.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a violation of this section shall be deemed to be an infraction.
