§ 70.24 RIGHT TURNS AT SIGNAL CONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS.
   When the Director of Public Works determines that the making of right turns against a traffic signal "STOP" indication would seriously interfere with the safe and orderly flow of traffic, he shall place appropriate signs prohibiting this traffic movement.
